FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

- I returned a product/products from my order, when will I receive a refund?

Returns are processed within 14 business days in our warehouse. When your return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation to your e-mail. The price of the product will be refunded to the same payment method you used to purchase it.

- Do you offer free returns?

Our return processing fee is 6,90 €. It will be deducted from the refunded amount of your order. For more information about our delivery and returns, please check out our Refund policy and Shipping policy.

- Can I exchange a product for another size?

Unfortunately our webshop does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. Our products come with a 14-day return policy.

- Can I edit my order afterwards?

Your order will automatically transfer to our warehouse, so it is not possible to edit orders afterwards. However, if you find something is wrong with your order, contact us and we can probably fix it at our end.

- I made two orders. Can I combine them to one order?

Orders are processed individually so it is not possible.

- Can I cancel my order?

Your order will automatically transfer to our warehouse so it’s not possible to cancel it. In case you need to cancel your order, contact us and we can cancel the order from the system.Also you have the right to return the order within 14 days.

- When will my order arrive?

Processing your order will take between 1-4 business days and also the delivery can take between 1-14 business days depending on your country. Please note that we cannot affect any possible delays in deliveries. If you have any questions regarding the transport, please contact the delivery company directly.

In most cases, you will also receive a tracking code for your order when it has been given to shipping.

- I got an email that my order is dispatched, and I would like to change my delivery address.

Please contact your chosen shipping company’s customer service.

- My gift card/discount code doesn’t work. What should I do?

Contact us and tell the code and/or the amount of the gift card, and prescribe your issue as thoroughly as you can.

- I haven’t received order confirmation but the order was charged from me. Has the order come through successfully?

If you received order confirmation to your email after you paid, the order has successfully come through to our system. In case this does not happen within 24 hours, contact us.

- I got an email that the product I ordered is sold out. How is this possible?

Sometimes this can happen, and we are very sorry about that. Most products we will try to restock as soon as possible, and will keep you posted about that. In case of limited edition products or sale or campaign products, we have the right to cancel the order and return your money regarding the sold out product.
