Exchange and Return Policy

Unfortunately our webshop does not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. Our products come with a 14-day return policy.

Please note that we charge a 6,90 € return handling fee.

The return policy applies to items that are undamaged and unused. The products must be in their original packaging, and all product tags must be attached.

Discount codes and other campaign codes are one-time use only and can not be refunded if items are returned from the order in question.

Return Instructions

If you need to return your order, contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Return inquiries will be answered within 7 business days, and the returned items will be processed within 14 business days from when the package has arrived to our warehouse. When the items are checked and meet the requirements, the refund will be automatically issued to the same payment method used for the order. We will also send you an e-mail confirmation when the products have arrived and the refund payment is processed.

Unclaimed Order

If an order is not collected from the pickup location within its’ specified pickup timeframe issued by the delivery company, the order will automatically be returned to our warehouse and will not be resend. In such cases, we also reserve the right to charge an 6,90 return handling fee.

Claims and Product Defects

If you notice any defects in your product, kindly take photos which show the flaws and send us a claim via e-mail. Claims will be answered within 7 business days, and the actions considering will be decided individually per case, depending on the fault and if we need to forward the issue further, for example the product manufacturer.

The claims should have info of your order number or purchase date (if item is purchased from merchandise stand at our concert), and the claim must be made as soon as possible after purchasing or receiving the order, immediately when the flaw has come to your attention.
